REAL offers free shipping on orders over £50 within the UK and orders over £180 for Europe and the Rest-of-World. We offer free returns and exchanges within the UK, within 15 days of original purchase. Feel free to contact us here with any questions.

  • Standard UK delivery (2-4 days) £4.90
  • Express UK delivery, (1-2 days) £5.99
  • European Tracked & Signed (4-6 Days) £16.50
  • Rest-of-World Tracked & Signed (5-15 days) £22.50

SHIPPING

  • Express shipments typically take 2 – 5 business days to arrive in Europe
  • Orders placed before 8am GMT on a business day are normally fulfilled the same day, any orders after are fulfilled the following business day

  • Orders over £50 ship standard (UK only) for free.
  • Orders over £180 ship express for free.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is free for online orders mailed back to us within 15 days of original purchase.
Follow the instructions below for returns.

RETURNABLE & EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original labels intact
  • Items may be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same style
  • Merchandise purchased from another retailer cannot be returned to REAL, please check their return policy.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of REAL

Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment (up to 15 days)

RETURN PROCESS

  • To initiate a return, email max@realpowerofone.com with your name and order number. Your address also works if you can't find your order number.
  • Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If an item is faulty, please include the description and photos of the issue.
  • Our customer service team will email you a shipping label to affix to your return package and mailing instructions within 48 hours.
  • You'll receive an email when we've received your return and it's being processed

Please note that for all orders outside the UK we cannot refund any taxes, duties, or in this case, shipping costs. We are working to make International returns more seamless, so please keep referring back to our Returns Policy page for updates on this situation

 

For all returns outside of the UK, we strongly recommend using a trackable service, in the unlikely event that the package is delayed or misplaced. We cannot take any responsibility for packages that are lost in transit.
